Roofstock 2018: Queer Festival Fundraiser was a fundraising event run by and for the Kaleidoscope Trust.
I was given free reign to design a poster, also creating social assets to promote the event. I wanted the poster to feel like a Pride street party, reflect the diversity of the queer community coming together for a fun event to support a great cause.
Kaleidoscope Trust is an organisation working with governments, change-makers and civil society organisations in countries still affected by anti-LGBTI+ laws imported during British colonial rule.
A short and sweet project, I made three tiny animated GIFs for an Across the Pond email newsletter. The agency took the money normally allocated for a Christmas party and instead donated it to charitable causes – each yuletide character transformation highlights where the money got directed.

Using rigid, straight-edged lines the technique here betrays the softness and sensual nature of each subject. An almost neurotic mark-making style contrasts beautifully with the softness of nude bodies and bleeding felt tip ink.

My final year film at University for the Creative Arts, Farnham. Nominated for Best Animation at the Royal Television Society Awards, and selected for the London Short Film Festival.
Wombmates is a portrait of me and my twin brother, we reflect on our relationship and how seemingly polarised twins can actually be.
